Creative Resume and Elevator Spiel

These two artefacts were created for assessment 1 of the Interdisciplinary Communication Project. The task involved, among other things, creating a 30 second pitch of your key features and skills to your prospective teammates for the upcoming assignment and creating a CV in an imaginative style.

I attempted to create a cv in the style of GQ magazine, with my notable skills and experience listed as 'stories' within the issue. I enjoyed playing around with photoshop and illustrator for this project and it was a really good way for me to find my feet with some unfamiliar programs and pickup some new tips and tricks.

My Elevator pitch video was fun to make and I really wanted to learn how to use gifs in my videos as it was a popular style I had seen around alot in professional use. I went out of my to upskill my abilites to edit video for this piece as I felt It was an area which I could Improve in. The end result was quite a solid Video and was used as the benchmark by the course coordinators to mark the rest of the cohort.
